About Us

We are a small independent charity working in Aberdeen City.

Our beliefs and values

We believe that when a family member experiences adversity; such as ill health, family separation or loss, it isn’t just the individual family member that is affected; it affects everyone in the family.

We believe that supporting the mental and emotional wellbeing of all members of a family creates strong foundations from which each member of the family can thrive and reach their potential.

We work in a respectful, non-judgemental and sensitive manner, working in partnership with families and individuals.

We aim to never turn families away, if we are not the right service for you we will do our best to help you find the service that is.

We want all families to be able to access our services.

We are very lucky to have received funding which means our listening space for adults is free. Our funding also helps us provide free and subsidised places in play therapy and systemic work.

If you feel the service has been helpful to you, we ask those that can afford to, to make a donation to our Just Giving page so we can continue to provide this service.
